The data subject may also opt-out of the collection and processing by Google of data (including the data subject&#039;s IP address) generated by cookies about the data subject&#039;s use of the website by uninstalling and installing the browser plug-in at https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout?hl=en AdWords client, which is also used by the Data Controller to track the Google Conversion Tracking, a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (\u201dGoogle\u201e). Google AdWords displays the Controller&#039;s pages on the Google advertising platform. When a data subject clicks on a Google ad and enters the Controller&#039;s website, Google AdWords places a cookie (\u201dconversion cookie\u201e) on the device used by the data subject. This cookie expires after 30 days. The cookie will not be used for identification purposes. As long as the cookie is valid, when the data subject visits certain pages, the Data Controller and Google will see that someone has clicked on the advertisement that redirected the user to the Data Controller&#039;s website. Each AdWords client receives a different cookie. Cookies are therefore not tracked through the AdWords client websites. The information collected by the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who opt for conversion tracking. AdWords clients can see how many users clicked on their own ad and were redirected to a specific page using the conversion ID (the AdWords account of the Data Controller is associated with the email address szitakotosuli@gmail.com). If the data subject does not wish to participate in the tracking process, he or she can refuse to allow the system to place the necessary cookies - for example, by setting his or her browser not to allow cookies to be placed automatically. You can also prevent the placement of conversion cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain \u201dgoogleadservices.com\u201e. Duration of processing. Other cookies remain on the data subject&#039;s device (usually for a month) and allow the Data Controller to recognise the data subject&#039;s browser on the next visit (persistent cookies). In the case of Google Adwords, the data retention period is 14 months. Processing of data for the fulfilment of tax and accounting obligations 1) The Data Controller processes the data of natural persons who have business relations with it as customers or suppliers for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for the purpose of fulfilling tax and accounting obligations (bookkeeping, taxation) as provided for by law. \u00a7-of the Act on Personal Income Tax of 2000 on accounting: name, address, designation of the person or organisation ordering the transaction, signature of the person ordering the transaction and the person certifying the execution of the order, and, depending on the organisation, the signature of the controller; on the receipts of stock movements and cash management vouchers, the signature of the recipient, and on the counterfoils, the signature of the payer, and on the basis of Act CXVII of 1995 on Personal Income Tax: entrepreneur&#039;s identity card number, farmer&#039;s identity card number, tax identification number. 2) The period of storage of personal data is 8 years after the termination of the legal relationship giving rise to the legal basis. 3) Recipients of the personal data: employees and data processors of the Data Controller performing tax, accounting, payroll and social security tasks. 1) The Data Controller shall process the personal data of the data subjects - employees, their family members, workers, recipients of other benefits - to whom it is connected as a payer (Act 2017:CL on the Order of Taxation (Art.), Article 7.31.), for the purposes of fulfilling its legal obligations, tax and contribution obligations prescribed by law (tax, advance tax, assessment of contributions, payroll, social security, pension administration). Having regard to the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to obtain the rectification of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary declaration. Right to erasure (\u201dright to be forgotten\u201e) The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller, upon his or her request, the erasure of personal data relating to him or her without undue delay and the controller shall be obliged to erase personal data relating to him or her without undue delay where one of the grounds specified in the Regulation applies. 6. 7.Right to data portability Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, the data subject shall have the right to receive personal data relating to him or her which he or she has provided to a controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which he or she has provided the personal data. 8. Right to object The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) (processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller) or (f) (processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party) of the Regulation. 9. Automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her. 10.Restrictions Union or Member State law applicable to the controller or processor may, by means of legislative measures, restrict the rights and obligations set out in Articles 12 to 22 and Article 34 and in Articles 12 to 22 11.Informing the data subject of the personal data breach Where the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the controller shall inform the data subject of the personal data breach without undue delay. 12.Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (right of official redress) The data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the Regulation. 13. If the data subject&#039;s request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of its repetitive nature, the Controller may, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or information requested or of taking the action requested: a) charge a proportionate fee, or b) refuse to act on the request. Where the Controller has reasonable doubts as to the identity of the natural person making the request, it may request the provision of further information necessary to confirm the identity of the
